The Perfect Party

Since I won't have time for gaming anymore after this week, I decided to dedicate a few hours to PW. So I'm in Secret Passage and there's a party all set to kick some Dismal Shade ass. I'm bored and when I'm bored in SP, I randomly walk run through and randomly kick some ass. I randomly end up following them on their way to Dismal. Someone asks me what I'm doing, I tell them I'm messing around so they recruit me to help them with Dismal (everybody wants a Cleric). As soon as I join, I realize I'm in a shit party.

There is no organization. Everybody just rushes in and starts attacking different targets. The party leader actually rushes straight to Dismal and starts attacking on his own. I'm like, "The hell?!" and start healing but of course, I'm getting attacked by three AoE spells, the Cleric in the party is acting like a Swordmaster and not healing any-damn-body. When the other members see that people are getting plucked off one by one, they start running....BACKWARDS towards where I'm trying to heal. Goddamnit. I see them getting killed and figure I can finish up what they started and then revive them. But by the time I finish with one dude, the other two that were killed have already respawned, and everyone's dead. So, I'm getting AoE spammed and my charm couldn't keep up so yeah I'm dead.

What does party leader have to say about it?

"HAHA THAT WAS A BAD IDEA."

I go back to SP to mess around again and notice that there's party, DD and two clerics, recruiting for Qingzi. I remember I have the BH quest to do so I ask to join up. We run to Qingzi's cave and suddenly the DD stops and says, "This is how we're going to do things." He gives us all designated roles. Of course, the DD aggros, two Clerics Plume after he's got aggro and the final Cleric heals the DD. I'm thinking, "Damn, this might not work..." because I was one of the backup DDs and I usually stick to just healing. We get to the miniboss pretty quickly and smoothly with the DD and the healer Cleric giving instructions at each stage. We get to Qingzi and I become the main healer because I had MP charm and the other two Clerics did the attacking. It took a pretty long time but we beat Qingzi as if it was something we did everyday.

When it was over, all of us agreed that we were all a good team. I almost asked them to come with me to beat Chin and the other bosses. lol

I have to beat Qingzi before 12am today because I got the quest another day. I hope my next party is almost as good as that one.

Later on, I'm bored and decide to mess around again. I beat up on Farng all alone. It turns out I had an audience. The dude who was watching me complimented me with a "Good show" because he doesn't see Clerics that can kick ass. That's why I fucking love LA build.

Speaking of LA build. I'm slowly earning the funds to upgrade my armor. Unfortunately, I'm running out of Gold for materials. Right now, I've got all the Phy def gems I need. Now I need Mag. def. and HP gems. I did some questing and earned a pretty good amount of money form selling the dropped crap. I've just noticed that the monetary rewards from the quests at my level are considerably smaller than they were when I was at, say, level 29.

So, this is what it's like being an improvised Cleric... I don't know...I don't think I'd still be able to manage if I wasn't donating to the game.

Well, let me not think about it because I'm not too fond of cash shops.
